We have just stayed at Tizi House for 4 nights and, as someone else mentioned preciously, this is the best and cleanest accommodation I have stayed at in many years. Tiziano was a lovely friendly guy who picked us up from the station, spent a good time explaining all about the house as well as all the activities to see in Varenna. He was keen to make our stay as good as possible. Everything you could think of was provided, tourist leaflets and ferry timetables, washing machine and powder, great selection of pans and cooking utensils, even small things like a universal power connector and games to play. The apartment was lovely, quite private and very spacious and comfortable. Everything looked very new and It was situated within 5 mins walk of the train station and even less to the ferry dock. I would stay here again without a doubt and it was at a very reasonable price.
